Stress Management with Mandalas is a workshop designed to use art therapy techniques to reduce stress. This workshop explores ways we become stressed in our daily lives and uses individual creativity to design and execute your own mandala in order to evoke a stress-free experience. This workshop will be ongoing throughout the day. All are welcome to join.
